Market Intelligence & Behavioral Analysis

  • Partnered closely with the big data team to translate massive user behavior datasets into actionable insights.

  • Conducted deep-dive market studies to identify untapped segments, usage trends, churn triggers, and opportunity zones.

  • Built strategic reports that directly informed product, pricing, and communication decisions.

Product Development & GTM Strategy

  • Launched over 100+ telecom products & services, including prepaid/postpaid bundles, add-ons, loyalty offers, and VAS.

  • Played a central role in designing offers that captured up to 10% market share within months of launch.

  • Developed win-back programs that successfully re-engaged churned users and boosted retention.

  • Consistently outperformed yearly sales & product KPIs by nearly 2× through agile product testing and marketing

National LTE Launch

  • Led the country-wide rollout of LTE service — from product positioning to messaging and customer onboarding.

  • Created multi-channel launch strategies that simplified adoption and increased early LTE uptake.

  • Used A/B testing, pricing elasticity studies, and predictive modeling to optimize live offers and improve ROI.
